AT A GLANCE

We were so inspired by the Netflix episode of Chef’s Table with Francis Mallman that we wanted to bring the experience of dining in the wild to our community.

 
 

WHAT TO EXPECT

We'll be transporting you from the city to “the wild”. We'll spend the day hiking with a foraging expert who will be teaching us about all the plants we have in the area. We’ll learn what we can eat in the wild, what we need to stay away from and collect edible plants for our dinner and cocktails.

Our chef, Russel Markus, will be cooking up a four-course meal over an open fire using locally sourced ingredients including some items we will have foraged.
