FAQ’s

  • For custom trips, we recommend providing at least 6-8 weeks for planning, considering factors like permits, contracts, and availability. However, we understand time constraints, so please reach out as early as possible. While 6-8 weeks is ideal, we may be able to accommodate shorter notice.

  • We have the flexibility to tailor trips to accommodate the entire team, offering a diverse range of adventures suited to various preferences, skill levels, and interests. Our objective is to ensure that every participant experiences happiness, camaraderie, and personal development throughout the journey. We can certainly customize an accessible day as well.

  • For an additional cost, we are pleased to offer the option of providing snacks or meals either during or following your adventure. We particularly enjoy concluding the day with a post-recovery meal.

  • Yes, we can accommodate dietary restrictions! In the planning stage, please provide advance notice for any participants that have dietary restrictions.

  • Experience luxury travel, tailored to your group size. Select from our range of spacious 15-passenger vans or indulge in the opulence of our deluxe charter buses.

  • Imagine this: Our comfortable vans await your team at the office, offering a warm welcome and refreshing beverages as we embark on a scenic journey to your destination. Then we'll guide you through a leisurely hike, passing by tranquil glacial lakes and cascading waterfalls, culminating in breathtaking summit views with a delightful picnic lunch, perhaps even accompanied by a rejuvenating sound bath experience. After the main event, we'll lead a guided yoga stretch session before whisking your group to a post-recovery meal.

  • Our trips are designed to accommodate groups ranging from as few as 10 to as many as 200 people. However, in adherence to our commitment to conservation and preserving delicate ecosystems, we may need to limit group sizes for certain excursions to minimize disruption to the land.

  • We can certainly include a team-building activity or workshop.. Let us know what your goals are and we customize it [ie: leadership training].

  • Discover an array of amenities tailored to enhance your experience, from convenient restroom facilities and equipment rentals to refreshing water stations, gourmet catered picnics, farm-to-table dinners, skilled cooks, expert mixologists, and beyond.

  • Certain excursions may impose an age restriction of 21 years and older. For customized family-friendly trips, minors must be accompanied by an adult.

  • Your guides for the day will be a mix of Certified Licensed Guides through the Department of Environmental Conservation, CPR certified, Wilderness First Aid/Responder, EMT, Engagement Specialists and Team Building Enthusiasts. Our guides have over 20 years of experience in hospitality, outdoors, relationships, leadership to provide the perfect mix to your day.

  • On top of our trained specialists with experience in outdoor safety for emergencies, every guide is equipped with a first aid kit and a communication device. Additionally, we provide comprehensive briefing to ensure there is a safety plan in place for each of our trips, including on-call emergency contacts, park ranger information, 911, and local hospitals.

    We also monitor weather conditions closely to adjust plans if necessary. As well as maintain a manageable group size to ensure adequate support for all.

    Clients are advised to disclose any relevant health information to our staff prior to the trip. This will help us accommodate your needs and address any potential issues.

  • Outsiders reserve the right to cancel or alter the itinerary of the trip to mitigate hazardous conditions. In the event of rain, it is advisable to arrive equipped with suitable weather-resistant attire and gear.

  • There is a 50% down payment to reserve the event and the remaining 50% is due 2 weeks prior to the scheduled event day.
