No refunds or credits unless the event is canceled. We cannot issue refunds or credits for anyone testing positive for COVID or other illnesses. If the event is canceled or rescheduled by OUTSIDERS ticket purchasers will be offered refunds if they notify us within 72hrs that they are unable to attend the rescheduled date.

We strive to make Outsiders a diverse and affordable adventure opportunity for everyone. Keeping our ticket prices accessible to everyone is one of the main reasons for our no-refund policy.

If you have any medical conditions or injuries that might prevent you from completing the trip, please consult your doctor to confirm your ability to partake in the activities safely.

We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance of your own for our destination trips.
