Pine Swamp hike

This trail had such a variety of terrain. Some parts had been consumed by wildfire months back which made it look Mars-esque.

Kaaterskill Falls Hike

One of the more famous hikes in NYC proved to be well worth the 2.5 hr drive from Manhattan. Great views and amazing cliffside trails.

Storm King Art Center

We planned the perfect autumn, outdoor, cultural adventure to Storm King Art Center. The photos can’t capture how visually amazing this adventure was.

Highropes & ziplines

On world mental health day we took our Outsiders to Boundless Adventures for a treetop highropes course and zip-lining. Many of us conquered our fear of heights, all of us had so much fun! Big Thank you to our partners at Volvo Cars Queens for providing us with a safe mode of transportation.

Ramapo Reservation Hike

After months of not being able to host our out-of-the-city adventures, we finally partnered up with Volvo Cars to produced a safe transportation plan. This event was in partnership with the Volvo White Plains dealership.

Bike ride supporting black owned businesses

We rode to support local, NYC Black Owned Businesses. We made 5 stops at some amazing eateries! In partnership with Tonic CBD.

Jeremy Asgari’s B-day Ride Supporting Local businesses

Outsiders Founder @JeremyAsgari celebrated his birthday by cycling through parts of Manhattan, Brooklyn & Queens, making stops at 5 local restaurants to show support.

Black owned business bike loop

We created a bike loop for everyone to ride on their own or with a group throughout Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens and The Bronx, with 10 stops at Black owned eateries.

Brooklyn Boulders Climbing Adventure

This is our only indoor event of the year. We had a quick climbing lesson followed by a 2 hour free climb with guidance. We finished the day with a fun apres climb at a local whiskey and wings pub.

Hunter Mountain Ski/Snowboard DAy Trip

We hit up Hunter Mountain for the day, NYC’s most popular ski resort. Unfortunately we only had a half a day of good snow before the rain started. We made the best of it by taking our fun from the slopes to the lodge for an early Apres Ski.

Mt. Minsi Hike

This was supposed to be our winter hike, however mother nature surprised us with a 60 degree day. The combination of the warm temperature and the always green rhododendrons made it feel more like a spring hike.

Stratton Ski & Snowboard ADventure

The Outsiders went to Stratton Vermont for the day to ski & snowboard. Up early and back late with amazing weather conditions for some fun on the slopes.

Cranberry Lake preserve HIKING ADVENTURE

The Outsiders explored Cranberry Lake Preserve in Westchester, NY. We hiked this beautiful short loop followed by an after hike at Industrial Arts Brewery.

Pyramid Mountain Hiking Adventure

The Outsiders explored Pyramid Mountain in Boonton, NJ. We hiked the famous loop followed by an after party at Sunset Pub & Grill.

Bear Mountain Hike & Oktoberfest Weekend

The Outsiders spent both Saturday & Sunday hiking Bear Mountain and enjoying the last weekend of Oktoberfest.

ROCKtober Rappelling Adventure

The Outsiders partnered up with The Freehold for a ROCKtober Rappelling Adventure. Expert guides took us out for an afternoon of rappelling down cliffs ranging from 40ft-100ft.

The Bronx Ride 2019

Our 12 mile, slow-roll bike ride along the west side of Manhattan and a stop at the base of the George Washington Bridge to see a secret spot (most folks don’t even know about). We rode through Harlem and into the Port Morris neighborhood of the Bronx for hangs at the Bronx Brewery. Our ride was to raise awareness and funds for Mission North.

City Sunset Kayak Adventure x Jefferson’s Bourbon

We enjoyed a scenic, lazy, and fun trip floating along the Delaware River between PA and NJ.

Clif Bar Rockaway Beach Ride

Our 20 mile bike ride started in Manhattan and cruised to Far Rockaways in Queens with a pit stop along the way in Red Hook.

Clif Bar Service Industry Surf Day

A Tuesday at the beach for service industry employees who are unable to join our weekend adventures. They enjoyed surfing and playing volleyball with Clif Bar and Skudin Surf.

Clif Bar Surf Day & Beach Party

A day at the beach surfing and playing volleyball with Clif Bar and Skudin Surf. The Outsiders first had lessons on how to surf, followed by some free surf sessions.

Stairway to Heaven Hike 2019

A beautiful sunny day, not a cloud in the sky as we explored the boardwalk and trails at Stairway to Heaven, Appalachian trail. After a tough climb up the mountain we enjoyed lunch on the summit and a little relaxation time before heading back down. We finished the day at Karizma Lounge NYC.

Cinco de Mayo Aerial Adventure

Enjoyed an aerial adventure unlike anything we've experienced before. We found ourselves traversing and zip-lining through the treetops. We finished the day with the official Outsiders Cinco De Mayo celebration hosted by Sinigual.

Hackle Barney Hike & Farm Visit

We started the day at Dripped Coffee in the Lower East Side, hiked Hacklebarney state park, and finish the day at Alstede farms before making our way back to the city.

The Cliffs LIC Climbing Adventure

The evening began at The Cliffs in Long Island City for a couple of hours of free climbing in their facility. From there we made our way to Levante for an Italian Aperitivo. 


Snow Tubing & Tacos Adventure

Enjoyed some awesome snow tubing with a magic carpet lift. We meet up at Omakasa to kick off the day. Went snow tubing at Mountain Creek and finished the day with tacos at Taco Dumbo.

Bear Mountain Winter Hike & Ice Skating

Bus departed from Dripped Coffee in the Lower East Side. Started our hike at the Bear Mountain trailhead, enjoyed snacks on the mountain summit and concluded the hike with ice skating and a carousel ride. Once we arrived back in NYC, we ended the day at Make Believe at The Sixty LES hotel for drinks and pizza.

Stairway to Heaven Hike

Our adventure, started at the newly opened Dripped Coffee in the Lower East Side. Hiked over an elevated marshland walkway, suspensions bridge and cow pastures before climbing the Stairway to Heaven. After the hike, we made our way to Brooklyn at LBK Park Slope by enjoying "Italian Happy hour".

Brooklyn to Beacon

Started the day at the newly open Fulton Hall in Brooklyn and made our way over to Beacon, New York for a day of hiking at Mt. Beacon. Enjoyed fresh air, scenic views, autumn foliage, lunch on a mountain top and a perfect Sunday surrounded by nature.

Bronx By Bike x Clif Bar

Manhattan to the Beach x Clif Bar

Our 28 mile bike ride started in Manhattan and cruised to the Far Rockaways in Queens with a pit stop along the way in Red Hook. Our friends at Skudin Surf invited us to join them at their beach area for an Outsider’s-only beach hang complete with beach volleyball, spikeball and frisbee.

City Sunset Kayak Adventure

Kayaked along the Hudson River for eye-popping panoramic views of Manhattan during Golden hour followed by cold local beers on the dock.

Reeves Brook Loop Hiking Adventure

Our adventure started with a chartered bus ride to Beacon to hike the Reeves Brook Loop. We enjoyed the soothing sounds of the babbling creeks, ate lunch on the mountain top and, ended our day trip at Taco Dumbo for Southern California style market fresh tacos and cold-pressed juice margaritas.

Boulders & Brews x sweatWELLth

Our evening began at The Cliffs in Long Island City for a private "introduction to rock climbing" class followed by a few hours of free climbing in their facility. From there, we made our way to a local brewery for a beer tasting, pizza party and good old fashioned hangs!

Storm King Adventure x Clif Bar

The adventure began with a charter bus ride from Brooklyn to the Storm King Art Center and a guided tour of the outdoor art museum. From there we took a quick drive for a hike up Storm King Mountain. At the summit, we enjoyed breathtaking views of the Hudson River Valley and a tasty picnic lunch. We finished our eventful day at the Newburgh Brewery located inside an old steam engine factory.

Bikes & Yoga Adventure x Soberocity

We embarked on a scenic 5-mile bike ride through Brooklyn,  stopped in the heart of Prospect Park for a guided yoga practice and enjoyed a catered picnic in Red Hook. We concluded the day’s event with a guided meditation along the waterfront, belly’s full and minds free of worry.

Bikes & Brews - A Ride to the Bronx Brewery x Clif Bar 

Started our tour in Brooklyn, made our way to Queens and through the Bronx alongside the scenic vistas of Manhattan. We stopped along the way for a Clif Bar sponsored break at a unique public art space and outdoor museum, and finished our tour in the Port Morris neighborhood of the Bronx for a beer tasting at the Bronx Brewery.

Brooklyn To The Beach x Clif Bar

Started our 20-mile bike ride in Brooklyn, stopped along the way for a Clif Bar sponsored park break and ended the bike tour at Rockaway beach. We finished the event with drinks at an outdoor beergarden.
